Order Process
As soon as your order is received, the despatch process starts on the same working day. Free delivery usually within 1 to 2 working days. In any event, it will be within 30 days after the day on which we accept your Order. Please note we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Lead time will be extended during annual stock take. All orders are delivered by DPD. We currently do not despatch items at weekends/Bank Holiday. We don’t deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Order Address
You can arrange for the order to be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address. Please select this option whilst processing your payment.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email/text message with a link to track your order. DPD offer a range of delivery options using the tracking link via text message.
Delivery Cost
Our customer satisfaction is essential. Therefore we do not charge delivery costs for any order.

Returns
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Please include proof of purchase with your return for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that anything is wrong, inform us immediately via email at customerservices.uk@gracobaby.eu please include images/videos as necessary.
When we receive your returned item, we will check it to make sure the return is valid. If the item is either in its original condition or has a manufacturing fault, you will receive your full refund within 5 working days of receipt and in the same payment method as with which you made the purchase. Should there be any issue with the returned product or validity, we will contact you directly.
How To Return
Return documents will be included with each item. Detailed on these are the instructions and options for returning your product via DPD. To ensure timely processing you should fully complete the ‘Returns Note’ document provided.
Once you have entered your Customer Name, Order Email Address, Order Number and Reason for return onto the ‘Returns Note’ please place the document inside the box with the item.
Product returns need to be:
- Unused in its original condition and with all original components
- In its original packaging with all the tags attached
- In a resaleable condition
- With any free items supplied with the product
